For close to a decade, we’ve been enhancing the cityscape of Sea Point. A unique vision born of an ethos for connected urban living, fused with a deep love of a diverse seaside community. Our ambition has always extended beyond just the buildings we create and emanates outwards into the streets, businesses, unique character and, most importantly, the people who call Sea Point home.

Our latest creation and 17th development, ONE46ONM — located at 146 Main Road, Sea Point — builds on the central belief of connection. Existing Sea Point geometrics connect with our unique design philosophy to create ONE46ONM. This ﬂuid, impactful approach to design allows the building itself to become a conduit through which the neighbourhood ﬂows and a catalyst for human connection.

A striking identity system, created speciﬁcally for ONE46ONM moves through the city, signaling the idea of connection into the consciousness of Sea Point’s residents.

ONE46ONM is a celebration of all that Sea Point represents. From early morning until late at night, the neighbourhood comes alive, sparked by connection between its residents, businesses, and natural features. Shimmering lights and urban bustle connect with a coastline of rugged beauty while opulent, world-class dining and retail are all within walking distance.
