BACKNINEONS posed a beautiful creative challenge when designing the building as the amazing views and sunsets needed to be taken advantage of, while still offering privacy from the residential High Level Road side of the building. The subsequent composition has left a strong vertical aesthetic, resulting in a building that changes shape and character as you move around it.
NINEONS boasts a communal rooftop entertainment deck with a pool and a braai area.
Motorcycle parking, as well as an electric vehicle charging station, are situated at the entrance of the building.
All of our developments are built with green technology in mind, with green water heating and low energy light fixtures being installed.
