Last week, amidst some of the heaviest downpour Cape Town has experienced this winter, we held the official roof wetting for our TENONQ development. Situated in Sea Point between Kloof and Regent Roads, the eight-storey building will house 53 apartments - the most within any of the buildings in Blok's urban apartment portfolio.
