Excavation is finally complete and the majority of the rocks excavated on site have been donated to the City of Cape Town's Roads and Stormwater Department. These rocks will be used to restore roads, reinforce flood plains and restore dam walls where required.

The development's foundation phase is underway and substructure elements such as column bases, strip footings (load-bearing wall foundations), lateral support and even retaining walls have been erected to secure work along the site's slope. Surface beds are scheduled for casting over the next two months and will conclude the surface structure work. A crane is also being installed in the coming weeks, which will help accelerate our construction programme as we begin to cast the building's first few levels and come out the ground.
