Bloks latest development, FORTY ON L, brings both a new product and a new development concept to the Bo Kaap.

FORTY ON L will house 54 apartments comprising 17 one-bedroom units from R1 975 000, 24 two-bedroom units from R3 500 000, 10 three-bedroom units from R5 100 000 and two penthouses. All apartments will feature Blok interior elements of screed flooring, exposed concrete ceilings and lighting, as well as bagged brick walls. Paying homage to the technicolour Bo Kaap neighbourhood, a splash of colour will be added to each apartment. FORTY ON L apartments will offer panoramic cityscape views. Furthermore, all homeowners will have access to shared spaces such as the pool, gym and entertainment deck, which have been designed with human connection in mind.

Ground-breaking for the new development is scheduled to take place in August 2017 with occupation to follow during Autumn 2019.
