We're looking for a Client Service Coordinator

A. Client Service

  1. Assist client queries on the various elements of their new apartment
  2. Communicate and document any changes or requests to architects
  3. Photograph, document and feedback progress to clients
  4. Communicate design and customisation ideas with related departments
  5. Administration support that relates to clients, which includes documentation, communication and project oversight.
  6. Manage customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and ensure is kept up to date and has correct information for all after sales service.
  7. Handover of home automation and appliance instructions to clients

B. Customisation

  1. Create customisation profiles on Salesforce for each client in all developments
  2. Communicate client requests to architects and builders
  3. Coordinate and document the customisation build, from client meeting to invoicing to finished product
  4. Thorough snagging & documentation on completed products
  5. Progress report of and feedback loops to clients and internal team

C. Other

  1. General ad hoc duties as the company sees fit. 



  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in either Interior Design or Project Management or similar
  • Client Service and Supplier coordination experience
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM advantantageous
  • Strong attention to detail & highly organized
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Competent in Excel, Outlook and Word (MS Office Suite)
  • Positive and professional attitude and appearance
  • Administrative experience 



  • Salary R14 000 per month
  • Company Laptop
  • Cell phone contract contribution (after successful completion of probation period)
  • Medical Aid Contribution (after successful completion of probation period)
  • Company to cover travel related costs @ R3,20 per km

Reporting to Rudy Badenhorst (Sales & Client Service Manager) and Lior van Embden (Sales & Marketing Manager)
